I've been a vegetarian for more than 30 years, and I've faced quite a few issues with low energy and fatigue in the past year—might be a result of long-term covid. I decided to give lean greens a shot (the flavor's not bad, honestly). They've definitely helped me feel more energized. Would I suggest them? Absolutely, they've made a noticeable impact for me.

I've been using the Good Fats Omega 3 supplements for roughly four months and Lean Greens for about a month now. Three weeks back, I had a health check-up, and the doctor was surprised when he saw my cholesterol levels. He told me to keep doing whatever I'm doing. My cholesterol is higher than the normal range, which is 3.7-5.2, and I'm sitting at 6.0 mool/L.

What a difference!

The flavor is really nice when stacked against all the other green powders I’ve given a shot.

I haven’t noticed any major changes, but honestly, I don’t expect to feel different with a greens powder. It’s not like caffeine where you get an instant buzz. You kinda just have to believe it’s doing its job or maybe get some blood work done to check your vitamin levels.

The shopping experience was solid. I did opt out of the subscription, but then I got another email and even a WhatsApp message, which was a bit annoying.

All in all, it was a decent experience, and I might buy it again, though I’m still on the fence about whether it’s worth the price.

I rely on turmeric tablets for my knee and joint problems. My husband also takes them every morning. Great products, nice branding, cool designs, affordable subscription rates, and lovely Geordie emails! What’s not to adore ❤️
